After graduating in Australia, she went to Thailand to study Nuad Bo Raran, the traditional healing massage of Thailand. She completed the four levels required for certification with ITM (Institute of Thai Massage) in Chang Mai as well as a course in Thai Foot Reflexology, Head Reflexology and Herbal Massage.

Upon returning home she was involved in a serious accident that affirmed for her the importance of taking an active role in the healing process. She obtained a greater understanding of injury and her role as a practitioner through her own lengthy rehabilitation process.

Having practiced Yoga and Pilates since the mid 90′s, Grace traveled to India in 2010 to study Ayurveda (India’s oldest healthcare system) and strengthen her yoga practice. She completed a 400 hour yoga teacher training program at the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana after discovering the benefits that daily yoga practice had on her health and well-being. Trained in classical Yoga (the original  8-limb ashtanga practice as outlined by Patanjali), she also took Yoga Therapy courses to enhance her practice.
